10/5はSteve Jobsの一周忌。Steve Jobsを偲んで、Appleのサイト（apple.com）にトリビュートビデオとApple CEO、Tim Cookのコメントが掲載されている。

iMacやiPod、iPhoneの製品発表時のJobsの映像と声で構成された白黒の映像。個人的にはiPhone発表時のiPodと電話、Safariのアイコンをスライド上でくるくるさせながら「An iPod, a Phone, and an Internet Communicator…, are you getting it?」って楽しそうに言っている場面が好きなんだけど、その音声も入っていて一人ニヤニヤしてしまった。

ほんと、楽しそう。iPhone発表時のKeynoteはSteve Jobsのkeynoteのなかでも特に面白くて、個人的にはSteve Jobsのkeynoteのなかでは一番好きです。

A message from Tim Cook, Apple’s CEO.

Steve’s passing one year ago today was a sad and difficult time for all of us. I hope that today everyone will reflect on his extraordinary life and the many ways he mage the world a better place.

One of the greatest gifts Steve gave to the world is Apple. No company has ever inspired such creativity or set such high standards for itself. Our values originated from Steve and his sprit will forever be the foundation of Apple. We share the great privilege and responsibility of carrying his legacy into the future.

I’m incredibly proud of the work we are doing, delivering products that our customers love and dreaming up new ones that will delight them down the road. It’s a wonderful tribute to Steve’s memory and everything he stood for.

今日一日、iPhone 5を常にポケット入れて姪っ子の運動会の写真や動画を撮ったり色々調べものしたりネットの情報を見たり、iPadでメールチェックしたり、このエントリーもMacBook Airで書いたりしていて、まあ、そういうことです。

そして、この一年で変わったところと言えば、まあ色々とあるとは思うのだけど、iPhone 5やiPad miniの発表前の情報リークっぷりがひどくて、製品発表時の楽しみが減った、というのが個人的にはつまらなくなったというか。それでも、これからもApple製品は使い続けていくと思うし、なんだかんだ言いつつAppleの新製品発表は個人的には楽しみなイベントだったりする。

そういえば、Steve Jobs本、Audibleで聞いたのだけど、まだ読んでなかったなあ。読むかな。
